1. Dữ liệu chúng tôi KHÔNG thu thập
Tất cả công cụ trên PDF2Any (gộp, tách, nén, xoay, chuyển đổi, OCR, ký tên, watermark...) chạy hoàn toàn bằng JavaScript ngay trên trình duyệt của bạn. Điều này có nghĩa là:
- File PDF, Word, Excel, ảnh... bạn tải lên không bao giờ được gửi lên server của chúng tôi hay bất kỳ server nào khác.
- Chúng tôi không xem, không lưu trữ, không sao lưu nội dung file của bạn dưới bất kỳ hình thức nào.
- Chúng tôi không yêu cầu đăng ký tài khoản, nên không thu thập email, mật khẩu hay thông tin định danh cá nhân.
2. Dữ liệu chúng tôi CÓ thu thập
Chúng tôi dùng Google Analytics 4 (GA4) để đo lường lượt truy cập và hiểu hành vi sử dụng ở mức tổng quan. GA4 có thể tự động ghi nhận:
- Trang được xem, thời gian trên trang, đường dẫn truy cập (ví dụ: bạn đến từ Google, mạng xã hội, hay gõ trực tiếp).
- Loại thiết bị, hệ điều hành, trình duyệt, độ phân giải màn hình.
- Vị trí địa lý gần đúng ở mức quốc gia/thành phố, suy ra từ địa chỉ IP (không phải vị trí GPS chính xác).
Dữ liệu này ở dạng tổng hợp, ẩn danh, không gắn với tên hay email của bạn, và hoàn toàn tách biệt với nội dung file bạn xử lý trên trang — vì file của bạn chưa bao giờ rời khỏi trình duyệt nên không có gì để gửi đi cùng số liệu thống kê này.
3. Cookie
Google Analytics đặt một số cookie (thường có tên bắt đầu bằng _ga) trên trình duyệt của bạn để phân biệt các lượt truy cập. Bạn có thể chặn cookie này bằng cách:
- Tắt cookie của bên thứ ba trong cài đặt trình duyệt.
- Dùng tiện ích mở rộng như Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
- Dùng trình chặn quảng cáo/theo dõi (ví dụ uBlock Origin).
Việc chặn cookie không ảnh hưởng đến khả năng sử dụng các công cụ xử lý PDF của trang.
4. Thư viện & dịch vụ bên thứ ba
Một số tính năng cần tải thêm thư viện mã nguồn mở từ các CDN công khai (cdnjs.cloudflare.com, cdn.jsdelivr.net, unpkg.com) để xử lý PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint và OCR ngay trên máy bạn — ví dụ pdf.js, pdf-lib, jszip, Tesseract.js. Khi trình duyệt tải các thư viện này, nó gửi một yêu cầu mạng thông thường (kèm địa chỉ IP) đến CDN tương ứng, tương tự như khi tải bất kỳ tài nguyên web nào khác — nội dung file của bạn không được gửi kèm trong các yêu cầu này.
Phông chữ hiển thị (Be Vietnam Pro) được tải từ Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com, fonts.gstatic.com), theo chính sách quyền riêng tư riêng của Google.
5. Lưu trữ & hosting
Trang được lưu trữ trên Cloudflare Pages. Như mọi hạ tầng web, Cloudflare có thể ghi log kỹ thuật cơ bản (địa chỉ IP, thời điểm truy cập) ở tầng hạ tầng để phục vụ vận hành và an ninh mạng — đây là log tiêu chuẩn của nhà cung cấp hosting, không thuộc phạm vi kiểm soát trực tiếp của PDF2Any.
6. Quyền lựa chọn của bạn
Vì PDF2Any không yêu cầu tài khoản và không lưu trữ file, bạn không cần "xoá dữ liệu" theo nghĩa truyền thống — chỉ cần đóng tab hoặc xoá file khỏi thiết bị, mọi thứ kết thúc ở đó. Với dữ liệu thống kê Google Analytics, bạn có thể chặn theo hướng dẫn ở mục 3 bất kỳ lúc nào.
7. Trẻ em
PDF2Any không hướng đến trẻ em dưới 13 tuổi và không chủ đích thu thập thông tin từ trẻ em.
8. Thay đổi chính sách này
Khi có thay đổi về cách thu thập hoặc sử dụng dữ liệu, chúng tôi sẽ cập nhật nội dung trang này và ngày "Cập nhật lần cuối" ở đầu trang.

Privacy Policy
1. Data we do NOT collect
Every tool on PDF2Any (merge, split, compress, rotate, convert, OCR, sign, watermark...) runs entirely in JavaScript inside your browser. This means:
- PDF, Word, Excel, image files you load are never sent to our servers or any other server.
- We never view, store, or back up your file contents in any form.
- We don't require account sign-up, so we never collect emails, passwords, or other personal identifiers.
2. Data we DO collect
We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to measure traffic and understand usage at an aggregate level. GA4 may automatically record:
- Pages viewed, time on page, and referral source (e.g. Google, social media, direct visit).
- Device type, operating system, browser, and screen resolution.
- Approximate location at country/city level, inferred from IP address (not precise GPS location).
This data is aggregated and anonymous, not tied to your name or email, and entirely separate from the files you process on the site — since your files never leave your browser, there's nothing file-related to send alongside this analytics data.
3. Cookies
Google Analytics sets a few cookies (typically named starting with _ga) in your browser to distinguish visits. You can block these by:
- Disabling third-party cookies in your browser settings.
- Using a browser extension such as the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
- Using a tracker/ad blocker (e.g. uBlock Origin).
Blocking these cookies does not affect your ability to use any of the PDF tools on the site.
4. Third-party libraries & services
Some features load open-source libraries from public CDNs (cdnjs.cloudflare.com, cdn.jsdelivr.net, unpkg.com) to process PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OCR locally on your device — for example pdf.js, pdf-lib, jszip, and Tesseract.js. When your browser fetches these libraries, it sends a standard network request (including your IP address) to that CDN, just like loading any other web resource — your file contents are never included in these requests.
The site's font (Be Vietnam Pro) is loaded from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com, fonts.gstatic.com), subject to Google's own privacy practices.
5. Hosting
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web infrastructure, Cloudflare may keep basic technical logs (IP address, request time) at the infrastructure level for operations and security — this is standard hosting-provider logging, outside PDF2Any's direct control.
6. Your choices
Since PDF2Any doesn't require an account and never stores your files, there's no traditional "data deletion" needed on our end — simply close the tab or delete the file from your device and that's the end of it. For Google Analytics data, you can opt out anytime using the methods in section 3.
7. Children
PDF2Any is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
8. Changes to this policy
If how we collect or use data changes, we'll update this page and the "Last updated" date at the top.
